Hello

According to the information I see online, it's supposed to empty the gumball machine during the lost in the zone. My son finally got lost in the zone last night, but it only gave him 3 balls and didn't give him any of the ones in the gumball machine.

Rules: "Lost In The Zone. This is a slow timed round (total duration is 45 seconds) during which almost every playfield feature is active and all six balls are kept in play by the automatic plunger (the Gumball Machine is emptied at the beginning of the round)."

Any ideas on why it only used 3 balls? I certainly don't see anything in the features settings.

I'll give the factory reset a shot, but yes gumball machine is loading/unloading great!

After fixing switch 51 (wire was interfering with it) and doing a factory reset. The gumball trough error still persisted. But after 10 games...I guess it decided that things were working and the error went away. Lost in the zone...6 balls is working!
