VIDEO HERE:

Please see video and let me know if this is normal.

The gumball machine is getting 3 balls in test mode, but 4 in gameplay. This is causing the game to search for balls during play. The opto works for the gumball entry ramp. Any idea where to begin?

We cleaned the sensor coil on switch board #26 as it was coming up on the test report. It seems like that is about when the problems started. But it also tests fine.

Gumball settings correct? You can alter the amount of balls loaded in the gumball.

1. How many balls do you have in the game? 6, or 7?
2. If 7, then that is correct behaviour, loading 7.
3. If 6, then you have a bad trough switch. Check all your trough switches in Test Mode. (ALL 4.)

Quoted from Fordiesel69:

We check them my in sw edge test and they do show up.

"Show Up' does not mean working.
In gumball test, with three balls in Gumball, three in trough, select "Load 1 Gumball".
After it's done, look at your trough switches.
