I've never had one where all the optos were stuck on. Probably needs new board im guessing?

That'd be my prediction. These get nice and crispy. Is it all 8 stuck on. Connector may have come loose under the clock.
Agree with pinballnut3. If you need a new board get Ingo's. Tried the Rottendog board - no better than the OEM board. With Ingo's board the choice of LEDs is nice. But the real beauty of the design is where he eliminated the direct connection into the switch matrix from the control of the LEDs. So you can use "normal" optos and will never again have the clock broken error.
One of the best products ever put on the market. Would not have a TZ without one.

So great. I got cool white leds, blue and multicolor. The board is a work of art. One board replaces two. User replaceable parts if ever a future issues. This thing run way way cooler than the old one. Never any heat problems.
Then the guy.....goes above and beyond. Find him on here and PM him directly.
