That's a great idea of having a red light simulate blood splattering from being hit. Can't wait to see this one.

Quoted from nodyeliab:Due to possible unforseen production cost on the leds, it looks like the mod will cost me more to make than expected. I will honor all the existing pre-orders at $40, but future orders may go up to $45 + actual shipping.
I wish more companies would be as honorable as you. I'll pay the extra amount... we can see your passion and it should be rewarded.
Quoted from Phatchit:Put me down for one I want to buy it for my buddy for Xmas
Looking for another friend?
Quoted from nodyeliab:Why yes, it requires 1.1 gigawatts!
The fuse won't protect it from ESD, the fuse is just in case something freakish happens. I put tubing and heat shrink on spots I felt could possibly wear through from rubbing or pulling the wire through. The edges on the metal are really really sharp! If anything happens to short out, the fuse will blow and the MCU won't smoke out.
A little over protective... maybe, but that's just me.
That's why I still have faith in your product and sent back mine on Sat. Can't wait to see it work in person!
Quoted from gweempose:Problem solved!
I had the black connector hooked up to the wrong board. Several of the boards under the playfield are exactly the same. It's working perfectly now. Awesome mod!
I almost did the same thing
