Hi there,

Second post on this forum, and ironically ran into the same issue. Except I had the means to make the debate about 6 pins, and bought 3 NIB. To the OP, I couldn't decide either so we bought both and a JJP dialed in.

Here is what we based the decision:

1) we ( my wife two teens and a pre teen) are huge fans of both shows.
2) we spent a bit (okay would you believe a lot) of time at Dave and busters here in Canada playing a tonn of pinball.
3) line 2 doesn't make any of us pro's or even good at pinball. But boy did we have a blast and the three machines we kept coming back to were those three, hobbit was 4th, Simpsons party was 5th and Metallica was 6.

With that being said we collectively picked TWD,GOT and DI. I felt that there were/ are considerable differences between the games and based on the OP on which one would we recommend....and our criteria of which one would be the most fun... value for the money, and cool factor. TWD won, but then we would switch on the drive home to GOT, or DI, and ultimately we just could not decide as they are both fun in different ways, where the sum total: of the games are visually awesome, the play and challenge or difficulty levels had great progression, and well we couldn't pick just one and bought both. We had a unique opportunity to get two premium new in box and jumped in. The games are very different and awesome, and can only say you can't really go wrong with either machine. I'm glad we had the money that it didn't need to be a choice we had to make as having the opportunity to play both we would always be left wondering did we make the right call lol.

In any case best of luck, you have a high class problem if your looking at both these great machines...once you decide...the next set of decisions are what mods to get. Loving every minute spent on the this forum learning about this great hobby we get our machine s delivered in November and will be sure to post back once we get them home, look forward to reading about your choice and which direction you take and why.?

Regards,

Requis
