I played 2 different TWD machines on location yesterday. They are at Downstairs at Eric's in Breckenridge, CO and at Flipper McGill's in Idaho Springs, CO. On both machines, I kept getting frequent quick drains when the ball would dribble out of the pops area on the upper right. I have previously played TWD on location and not had that problem.

Is this just a natural tendency of this game, or does this mean they were they not quite level? I find it hard to believe that it was a level issue, since it happened the same way on 2 different machines. Obviously, I can't remove the glass to check whether they are level, because they are on-location.

If indeed this is just part of the design, and unrelated to setup, has anyone come up with a technique to consistently avoid these drains?

It must be a very fine adjustment. The rest of the game didn't seem wildly off-level. It might be my imagination, but I thought it seemed very slightly tilted to the right. (Left side too high, right side too low.)

Where does the ball normally fall, when not having this problem? The left flipper?
