If the tower is that flimsy I wonder how it would stand up to a direct flying air ball hit?

It's not flimsy, but I will make Kristin aware of this. If we have air balls up there that would be a problem. We probably pre-cracked it during manufacturing or packaging. I'm glad Stern responded quickly as we try.

The window part is broken, the roof would take a tank to blow it off.
Was going to glue it, but all 5 or 6 window parts were broken off of both sides. No way I'd make it look straight. I'll just get another one. No biggie.

Nah. I bought from Stern directly. Didn't realize it was yours til the box said Mezel on it.

Seems it would have to be at least partially broken before being placed in the box. The inside Mezel box and outer Stern box, plus bubble wrap, were quite sturdy in my case.
I agree that it is a very cool, worthwhile mod (especially once I order bent plastic for the display glare).
I got my paint box ready to add details of aging to tower before install. 
I'm going to be 'shadowing' and 'aging' components.

Anyone know how to wire this up? I'm a new pin owner and this just arrived. I installed the tower to the playfield and fed the wires through the ramp opening, but there is no obvious location to connect the wires/clips to. Thanks for any help!

Note that the flasher part of the instructions is wrong. It says to connect to white flasher connector, but it really is the red flasher connector, which is a 3 pin IDC.

Note that the connection to the white prison flasher in the instructions should actually be to the red prison flasher (to the flasher with the 3 pin IDC connector, rather than 2 pin connector).

Actually, Stern has one on it's way to me with a return shipping label in the box. Should have another any day now.
Now about that Crossbow Mezel....

Why Not do a Resin mold , It would be 1000 tymes Stronger ...

These are 3d printed and we think that this was the best approach where it sits in the machinesand the price point. We are moving to add other manufacturing capabilities and cast molding is one of them. You name it we are pursuing it.
I also think it's cool, that folks have added there personal touches to the tower! Got another really cool mod we have been working on for a couple of months. Stay tuned.
