Cab art and backglass...nailed it.
Real backglass, different cabinet art and $2k are the difference between LE and Prem - both are great choices. There are a few alternate translite designs available, one of which I prefer to the LE backglass. You can replace Stern's ROM with four alternates that swap various sounds and music on TWD, helping it become one of Stern's best and the most intense games.

Nobody mentioned it yet, but the LE also has unique rust colored armor with flipper button protectors. It looks great, and nicely matches the LE's cabinet and backbox art.
