Got it installed but no shake. Found intensity in settings but is there a setting to turn it on?

Stern sent it to me so I would think they would know as it came with game packed separately. There is also a little board with 10 pins on it I figured I didn't need that came in package???

I'd check into that. You probably need it. Maybe board plugs into game, motor plugs into board.
