Not sure if I have a problem or not.

Ball loads into crossbow.
Crossbow swings out.
Can't fire it until it's about half way out so I can't hit barn or bg shot until the cross bow swings back.

Question is whether cross bow should be able to fire as soon as it swings out.

In test mode fire switch registers fine with and without lock bar

There is a switch on the cross bow that tells the game a ball is in the cross bow, works fine. I see another switch under the apron that triggers to make the crossbow swing out, works fine. and the leaf switch to fire, works fine.

Why can't I fire the crossbow as soon as it swings out? Is there an opto somewhere that prevents the crossbow from firing when it's still at rest that maybe is misaligned.

Ill likely give stern a call, but thought maybe someone else had this issue and fixed it.

Thanks, but when it swings half way i just tap it and it fires so figure it should work the same way as soon as it starts to swing. Hard to hit a shot quickly like barn if you have to hold it down.

Where is the mark switch located? Is it an opto?
