Its just a piece of a metal clothes hanger, cut to meet the height of the pin's plastic post and bent to loop around the screw that goes through the plastic post. If you loop the wire correctly the tightening of the screw will pin the wire next to the plastic post. Then add whatever rubbers you want, that is, a rubber post, or O ring. Ensure the correct alignment in order not to block the in/out lanes.
