That looks aussom ! But hes not the well walker 
Just the eyes, used a drill. The Piggy bank models are a little bit translucent in areas and a 7 LED strip is bright enough to make him glow in spots. I'm going to do the same with the other model that I'm putting behind the prison with a 7 LED red strip. I'll post some pics later. Seems like a lot of possibilities with a dremil, man I'm loving this.

I started to drill a bit to see if he opened up inside and once I saw he was solid I gave up, was not worth the mess.
