It does it to me too. I thought it was the decal I put on the drop but now I think it might be a code issue? And I can make the BG ramp with both flippers no problem.

The ball does go all the way onto the crossbow once it starts moving. For the prison head you have to lift the playfield and it is a reverse stand up target. Just bend the metal back so it is closer to touching.
I have to ask because I've been so damn curious for so long. Are you a first, second or third degree DAO belt?
