Seige is lit when you collect 12 prison jackpots. This number can be adjusted in the settings. I turned mine down to 6.

To get a prison jackpot you need to hit any of the 5 main shots or the prison doors, and then hit the zombie in the prison. That's one jp. Do that 12 times for Seige.
