It would be cool however in terms of the show the game was designed and released before season 5 was aired and negan was first shown in the season 6 finalle.

In terms of other villians from s1-4 the only ones that I can remember other than the governer is merle dixon,shane walsh , tomas (leader of the prisoners) and lizzie (the girl that tried to be friends with the walkers and killed her sister to prove a point and I believe she tried to kill carol at one point ?)

In the order : Governor , Shane , Merle mainly because shane will be behind rick and merle behind daryl.

Merle with the knife arm prostetic is a must without a doubt. However with shane would his season 2 appearance suit better (shaved hair)? image (resized).jpgimage (resized).jpg

Amazing work so far , one thing I could suggest is swapping the location of the tank with the woodbury sign. I know that the tank is placed behind the governor due to him using the tank in s4 at the prison. However having the tank near glenn and the s1 section (buildings and horse) fits together as glenn helped rick flee from the tank whilst in the city and the woodbury sign is where the goverener reigned.
