My LE rarely drains out of the pops as well. I see no issue, let alone major issue with this on my game. And I can do a nudge to avoid it when I can see it happening.
If I really wanted it to never ever happen on my machine, I'd change to a slightly larger rubber donut on the left post of the entry on the right ramp.
