So I update the code and during the first game, the doors broke.
See pictures, the metal post looks like it broke.
If I stick it back in the hole and put the actuator rod back in, the doors will open on testing but not close. What am I missing?

So I realized there was a spring that fell off, now I just need to get that part replaced

Exactly the weld broke.
How do you get the part off?
I took out the center screw and sew screw, but doesn't seem like it wants to come off

Got an email from Stern

"We have a kit that replaces both sides, part number 502-6837-00"

now just need to figure out how/where to get it

Don't have once, bought this from a pinsider.
Open to suggestions
