Can someone tell me where I can buy those outlane extenders for my TWD Pro? That left side is BRUTAL!!!!

Quoted from cleland:Be sure to put a tiny square of felt on the guide that exits the pops. Mine returns to the left flipper 90% of the time and is fast as hell.
Can you post a picture of this?
Just picked up a TWD pro recently. I was not a fan of the game when it first came out with early code. Got this one all leveled and updated the code. Damn! I was way wrong. This game is awesome! Glad I gave it a second try.
Here's a fuzzy shit picture. Lol. Better than no pic I guess.
Has anyone adjusted their flippers up a little bit to be level with the return guide? If you align the flippers with the holes in the playfield, the flippers actually appear to be "sagging" down a little bit. This causes the ball to not roll smoothly to the flipper. I couldn't stand looking at it that way and the way the ball would have a little bit of a gap with the flipper on fast returns. It kind of felt like someone pitching me a ball -vs- hitting it off the tee. I ended up aligning my flippers up a little bit and I am enjoying the game a whole lot more now! The ball return is smooth as butter and every shot feels great.
I'm not sure if the game was designed to have the flippers aligned there, or if someone just put those holes in the wrong place. I've noticed it on every TWD I've come across. I think every pin should have the ball return smoothly to the flipper. I'm anal about flipper alignment and it's one thing that has drove me nuts about this game. I'm very glad I made the minor adjustment.
Quoted from TBatti:Do you have a Pic before and after by chance?
I will snap an after when I get home. I did not take a before.
Quoted from bellbrand:Where do you buy the outlane extenders?
Yokokopter. Best $20 you ever spent on that game!
I watched Bowen's tutorial last night. Well worth the watch. I'll be using a different strategy now!
What color/type LEDs are you guys using for the Multi-Kill weapon inserts. My game had blue bulbs there when I got it. Looked terrible. I put white Cointaker double LEDs in them instead. They are a bit too bright. I was thinking maybe an orange or red in there. What are you guys using?
Quoted from DavidPinballWizz:Stock has double leds white cold
Yeah that's what I put in there. Those puppies are bright in those inserts! Maybe I'm just a sissy....
Quoted from RVH:Got whites on the weapon and last man standing inserts.
Yellow on the multikill shot inserts.
Greens on the zombie kill inserts and green on the cabnet front.
Looks great to me.1103151955_HDR.jpg
That's exactly how mine is. It does look good, I just feel like the weapon inserts are a bit bright. I'll play with it like this for a while, maybe I'll try some red there. I need that fish tank mod you have. Looks sweet!
Quoted from dzoomer:The PF layout is fairly unique as many have noted earlier. And I know of no other game that has two skill shots.
Wait wait wait...what??? Am I missing something? What are the TWO skill shots?
Quoted from cooked71:Great fix. Is this what everyone else is using to stop SDTM from the pops?
Haven't heard of that fix but I'm going to try it!
Quoted from IBARAKURO:I think it is a bad idea this sticker ...
why not just put the metal?
is what we must completely remove the sticker?
Buy this. Looks great! I have it on mine.

Quoted from hassanchop:Is this shot even possible? (from the bow to the tunnel)
I've often wondered this. I have a pro so I don't know. But damn that shot it pretty tight the way it is.
You can switch the setting to have every shot score a kill. Or have 5 othe 6 score a kill with no repeating the same shot over and over. I have mine set on 4 lit at a time....I think factory is 3? I still can't get more than 44 walker kills since I updated the code. Still a kick ass game though! I though about trading/selling it recently, then I play a few games. Changed my mind pretty quickly!
Added star posts. Already had outlane extenders. I'm compensating for no walker bombs. This made the game a LOT more enjoyable to me. Some call blasphemy. I call it my game.
The outlane gap is the same on both sides now. Even though the left side is on the bottom hole and the right side is 1 from the bottom. The gap measures the same. I wonder why the right side outlane was designed to be tighter...
Quoted from paul_8788:On a full plunge skill shot the bottom star rollover only activates about 10% of the time. On a softer plunge no problem. I swapped the two rollover switches, same thing so nothing wrong with the sensitivity of the switches. My guess is at a full plunge there is something in the way the ball hits the guide that is stopping the switch from activating.
I am treating it like part of the "skill" in the skill shot for now, but it bugs me. Before I go and try shifting/bending guides has anyone else had this problem?
Mine does this too. I don't think it's a switch problem. I think the ball just skips over that first one sometimes. I treat is like more of a skill shot too. If you plunge it just right, it will hit both consistently.
Anyone have any issues with the prison door opto registering all the time? Sometimes mine doesn't. The magnet is level and that's not the issue. I read something about this somewhere before I think. Something about the wiring being twisted or something??? Anyone?
I put green in my crosshair inserts. Didn't like it at first but now I like it. I've tried other colors since and still like the green best.
Nice work on the DIY mods PoMC. I do like mods but, I'm not a mod guy because I know how cheap they are and what people charge for them. It's crazy town.
Quoted from MikeS:I'd also recommend grabbing some black foam weatherstripping to install on the sides of the DMD panel to help block some of the light that filters in from the backbox.
Any where specific for this stuff?
