I meant to post a different photo with the machine turned on. That’s just some paperwork that came with the game.

I was hoping I could get some help/advice with a problem I’m having with my left ramp. I’ll explain this the best way I can.

The balls that I send up the bicycle girl ramp (left ramp) are getting stuck in the ramp behind the Back box. When I shake the machine they remain stuck. When the ball search kicks on they still stay stuck.

I tried manually rolling the balls with force by hand to test it because I know the ramp is step but nope, still stuck. The only way I can get the balls out of there is by taking off the glass and raising the play field. The balls then roll down the right ramp.

Is this a common problem?

I tried looking for similar problems like this in the previous forums but couldn’t find the same problem as this.

Your help is appreciated.

I looked and didn’t see any cables but I’ll double check.

You were right it was a cable I just couldn’t see it. Found it after I stuck my hand in there.

I like my brand new WD backglass, so I'm sharing it.

My iPhone 6 camera doesn’t do it justice and washes out the picture. However, it's hand-drawn With great detail.

IMO It gives a great Game, a Great new look!

P.S. I just put up a forum topic regarding the “The Fishtank” topper; please check it out and provide your opinion on the subject.

I took this photo with the HD glass on. The glass did help out big time. You can't see the reflection of the words while playing, but you can see the words standing from a distance.

The HD glass is worth it, though.

I'm going to try some spotlights to brighten up the playfield a bit.

The HD glass is totally worth it. I took this photo with the HD glass on. While standing directly in front of the game, you really can't see the glare of the words; you only notice it from a distance.

I do like the idea of adding a few spotlights, though.
