Quoted from DanQverymuch:I joined the club a few weeks ago with a Premium, and I've been too busy having my ass handed to me to post!
I love this game! Never nad much chance to play it before, so I never knew what I was doing when I could play it. And I never owned a game where knowing what you are doing mattered so much! (e.g. those left drops are key!)
The "just one more game" phenomenon is stronger than any game I've owned. Chances are it'll be short, so why not?
But when you do get on a roll, the thrill is unparalleled in my experience!
Those damn ramps! A slow ball can make it all the way to the backboard and still not go around, instead slo-mo rejecting seconds after the shot was made! Deliciously aggravating!
The ball keeps getting stuck in or behind the well walker. Gotta look for fixes.
Finally figured out that skill shot. Still gotta fine tune the shot strength and timing though, I almost think I was getting more points with a full plunge because I keep short plunging now and missing it entirely! Another brilliantly aggravating feature.
Shout out to the Cleland R sound package creator. Love it! It really tickles my, uh, er, what Negan said.
Occasionally my crossbow won't operate, then when it's too late it realizes the ball is in there and it fires it randomly. That's an aggravation that I don't think is a design feature! Is that long leaf switch hanging up, you think?
Ok, back to killing Walkers!
If you want to figure out every shot and best scoring check out this tutorial, that is if you have 2 hours, but it did help me out with rules and strategy but unfortunately does make me any better at execution of the shots but that is what makes this game bad ars.
I have had to adjust my crossbow / top fire button. Make sure it will plunge the ball at the start. If it won’t do that , or you have to keep pressing it to make it plunge the ball then the switch contacts need a tweak.
