Tilt must be shut off. Nice playing tho, thanks for this vid.

Great, I wish Stern would put a menu option allowing the call outs to be shut off, don't need them at all but I know from Met you can turn them down otherwise very cool and the LE should be amazing. Big difference when a good player has a good game and the atmosphere is right.

What version was TWD in the Flipout tourney at Expo?

#8 9 years ago

Looks like some pretty interesting scoring strategies will come into play once the code gets more mature.

Gweempose and I agreed after playing at expo a few times that this game has some very good potential with Lyman on it's side. I think it will be a great game. Heck, I already like it good enough to play now.

All of the ingredients are there for a great game. The last missing piece of the puzzle will be the completed code. With Lyman at the helm, this will undoubtedly be an awesome game when it's finished.

Not shut off but liberal due to being on a slippery tile floor with a tripod in front of me

I really enjoy watching tutorial videos by great players. I've watched this 4 times already!

My TWD is slated to be delivered tomorrow. This video just makes me more excited.

#18 9 years ago

I'd like to see you and RGR play against each other

The music on this game is amazing, but those call outs...ugh.

#20 9 years ago

hmm are the callout going to change?

Holy crap. Nice game. Great video intro. Just read the rules in progress. Fired my TWD game up and had a record game - it was awesome. For all those complaining about needing a rules update for this game to be fun, I think they just don't know what the rules really are. Can't wait for bicycle girl and HORDE to be added, but as of right now this game is kicking butt. One of my favorite things is building that shot multiplier via the inlane for just the right moment......

Boy's got skillz! That was intense, I couldn't stop watching. This and the updated rules sheet intensify my excitement to make this a keeper in my collection.

Thanks out to sk8ball for the awesome video, e4mafia for starting the rules sheet, everyone that has contributed to the rules sheet, and T-800 for turning me on to this thread.

What do you think of the game in general? Do you like it? Obviously the rules aren't finished but, are the shots fun? Does the game have potential? I still haven't seen anything that makes me think zomg Trent take my money!!! I really want to like this game

#25 9 years ago

Its a huge stress when Im trying to decide if I want to collect an x2 inlane for the next shot, or try and snag 2 more zombies for a bigger one. Great risk/reward decisions everywhere in this game. You really need to think on your feet.
