This crushed walnut from petco and flitz. 2 days in 18lb hf tumbler. Look at round part in last picture. Guides were not cleaned as they will be regrained.

    Quoted from solarvalue:

That seems really fine, mine started out much coarser.

It is. It was all I could get on short notice but is proving to work really well. I am taking out large mech assemblies shortly to see how those came out.

    Quoted from TheLaw:

Yeah looks like fine corn to me?

Bag says 100% crushed English walnut shells. $12.99 for the bag.

    Quoted from TheLaw:

Looking it up walnut can be fine or course so maybe that's it.
25lbs from HF Is $25. Don't know about quarts
Edit: or lizard food? Enclosure sand?

Well this isn’t 25 lb worth. Glad to know they have walnut shells at HF. This is my second house where HF’s are a hike to get to.

I have to do the skull popper and flipper brackets. I overcrowded the bowl and those me have interlocked. So they didn’t get clean and now there is metal to metal marks etc. I circled an area that it happened to. Everything is nice and polished.
