Compressed air, or you can also wipe them down with a dry cloth. But any water should be so minimal that it evaporates quickly anyway.
You can also follow up with wax.
Water shouldn't be any kind of a problem as long as you blow off long and well with compressed air. Take parts cleaned in Evaporust, for example; they need a good washing and rinsing afterwards to remove all traces of E.R. Then blow out REALLY well, especially inner corners, nooks and crannies, and areas where metal is welded together. Then when you're done, blow it out again. Then if you're really worried about any residual water (which there shouldn't be any at this point), let the part sit in a your basement boiler room where it's warm until you're ready to use it.
