    It seems as though my tumbler results vary from machine to machine. Just curious what others are doing to get good results.

    Ya that's very true stash. I'm using the typical blue vibrating one that I see most often. Couldn't afford a real drum type.

    When do most of you add the novus, right in the beginning or some other time?
