I'm using that WavTrigger board in my pin but not for the sound exactly. I am using it to trigger an audio transducer. So bass from the regular audio will go into the sub and transducer, but I wanted to send unique wave files to the transducer as feedback to the player. Its much more precise for feedback than a shaker motor, and I have a recording studio so I can generate any wave form I need to make the right 'feel' I'm looking for. I still have a ton of testing to do first but virtual cabs have been using transducers for feedback for a while now and it seems to work pretty well.
