Does anybody have a spare right side playfield plastic they'd be willing to sell? The long one in the pic (outlined in white) with Ned Flanders on the bottom? My Ned lost his feet when a prior owner had the machine, and I can't find the missing piece to repair the plastic.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Quoted from jalkelly:

This plastic is notorious for breaking in that spot, mine is too,but I have never bothered replacing it because it will likely break again when a guest hard plunges the shit out of it.

Yeah, I know. If I can get a new piece, or even a broken piece that's all there, I plan on taking some Lexan or Polycarbonate sheet and making my own plastic protector for that piece.

Hello all, I'm a new member of the club. Question about the upper playfield mounting: There are three (3) posts that support the upper playfield. The rear post on my playfield has two (2) washers on the threaded stud, forcing the rear of the playfield to sit a little higher than it would without them. Is this something a previous owner added, or did Stern use washers to lever the upper playfields? Seems like Stern would design the playfield to sit level on the support posts without the need for washers as shims, so it seems like those washers shouldn't be there to me. I thought I'd ask before pulling them out.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Quoted from Cserold:

Would appreciate some technical input. When the ball is exiting from behind the TV (on the upper play field) and you attempt to use the upper right flipper to hit the ball into the couch it's making a crazy loud buzzing sound. From what I've read it sounds like coils typically do this when something is off. The flipper is working at full strength. Think I may have read somewhere that it could be vibration between the coil and the sleeve. Has anybody ever experienced this issue? Any ideas or direction appreciated. Cheers, Craig

Mine does this exact same thing. I decided to leave it alone for now, because as brad808 says, it is a good audible cue that you've got a ball heading towards that upper couch lock flipper pronto. It's kinda like the whistle sound that White Water makes to give you a cue that the up kicker is firing a ball up to the upper playfield.

uick question...does anybody know where to get the I&S protector from? I don't think this one is done by Cliffy.
