What mods do you guys recommend and what is still avail?

My list
1. LED's.... Thoughts???? Comments-Recommendations
2. Saw a laser cut acrylic? topper
3. New rubber or maybe the urethane ones? bright green? yellow?
4. Speaker LED's
5. Eprom update..... recommendations?
6. Shooter Handle Mod?? Homers Head?
7. Other recommended mods?
8. What the hell is a cliffy and do I need it?
9. color display....

any order of importance other than eproms?

Thanks everyone

Quoted from Mudflaps:

LEDs will make your game brighter and will use less power... Many folks are split, but I personally love LEDs. Try cointaker.com or cometpinball.com.
Toppers are not necessary, but they look neat.
A ColorDMD is a wonderful addition but pricey... ColorDMD.com
Cliffys are thin metal plates to protect your playfield from wear... They are necessary in my opinion. Passionforpinball.com
Search this thread for everything else. Good luck!

Thank You!

Quoted from gweempose:

I highly recommend John Wart Jr.

I need just the two roms CPU and Display, right? not the whole set? (sound-speech)

Quoted from emkay:

So I've been having fun replacing various bits, doing some color matching. However, now I've created this problem with the Superbands post sleeves:

WP_20160222_001_(resized).jpg
Any ideas on how to fix this or should I just put one of the original black sleeves back in for now?

I have this exact problem...... want to keep it color coordinated..... I have green on it...... guessing there is no other option? PLEASE tell me there is......

Quoted from emkay:

I didn't even notice that KWIK-E-MART decal the first couple times I looked at that picture, was focusing on the other decals instead. Pretty clever, your creation?

I've often thought mine didn't spin as freely as I'd like but now you've got me wanting to fiddle with it.

Haven't tried 'em yet but this is my next move: http://www.pinballlife.com/index.php?p=product&id=1322
For now I just put one stock black sleeve on the left side, balls can pass but it slows them down a bit so shots towards the right ramp and orbit are a little easier to hit.

I have the green translucent so was hoping for something like that..... but this might be it for now unless I figure a way to shrink the outside diameter on mine (belt sander?) ..... or put a black on if I kept any.... lol
