I have a simpsons pinball party that is blowing the right side gi fuse. I think f27
the fuse blows immediately so I assume something is shorting. I changed to leds but problem existed prior to that

I would inspect those sockets for the 2 metal tabs touching and shorting.

I ran into the same problem with my Simpsons when switching to led's, start by taking all the led's back out, then install a new fuse, then one at a time
install a led, and check that it working. I ended up have a bad led bulb that was shorting it out.
