So I am having an issue with TSPP couch multi-ball, now that I understand the rules, here is the problem:

As I lock balls one and two into the couch, it appears to work fine (shows I have a ball locked, brings up another ball to shoot). But when I hit the third ball in, nothing happens, then the "ball search" feature starts, and one ball gets released from the couch, and then couch multi-ball starts.

First thing I did was enter the switch test mode and watched as each ball went into the couch, all three switches appeared to work correctly. (rolled over the switches in front and then each switch remained ON as the ball was over it).

Perhaps I just need to do this test several more times to see if sometimes maybe the switch doesn’t stay engaged?

Any thoughts on where to go next?

Thanks for the tips, I will order some switches just in case (i assume handy to have a few on hand) and try replacing the #3 couch switch and see what happens.

Update: I took a closer look with the PF up when all thee balls filled the couch. I noticed switch#3 was not going down as far as the other two switches. I bent the little metal flap off the switch up a bit and tested again, it seemed to depress more then.

out of the next four couch multi-ball starts, only one lagged, but it managed to engage b4 the ball search started. The rest started normally.

I think im just going to replace #3 (and order a few spares anyways)
