We had been having trouble making the shot to the upper playfield through the garage so we replaced the garage ramp and installed new rubbers. This seemed to fix the issue of making the shot, but now when the first ball enters the couch and locks the display shows that it is the second ball locked. I don't recall this happening before and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. Is there a setting that I need to change? Did we mess something up when we removed the upper playfield? The game seems to be working properly otherwise.

We didn't play very long tonight, but it happened two games in a row. If I remember correctly in the first game one of the tv modes was running, but I’m not sure about the second game.

Switches seem to be operating correctly during the test and when I start a game a roll a ball up the ramp it is showing the correct number of locks. It must have get been the award, but it seemed odd to happen two games in a row. I tried playing a few games, but now the ball is getting stuck on the garage ramp.
