    Hi guys

I’ve just begun restoring a 1979 Bally Playboy. I’ve been pretty diligent with putting things in plastic bags and labelling and I know this piece is part of the lockdown bar or from the front part of the inside of the cab but know what it is or where it came from.

1 and 2 in the attached pic I can identify but not the one circles in yellow.

Machine is a 1979 Playboy. Would really appreciate any assistance in helping me identify this piece.

I think that piece is for a lock to keep the coin box from being removed. It is screwed onto the piece of wood on the side of the coin box. The coin box covers the wood screw holes.

Part you labeld as 2 isn't actually supposed to be screwed to the inside of the cabinet like that. Someone probably added it to reduce the gap in the coin door when it was locked to make it harder to pry open.
