Hi guys, finally getting around to getting the right sling going on my special force pb and found a problem reading the wiring from the coil to the board. I was hoping that one of you special force owners would help me. I grounded the transistor tab and got the coil to fire but I can't seem to find where the wire from the coil to the plug goes to. The wiring diagram shows two places and neither one has a wire to it. Can someone direct me to the proper plug and pin number? I was thinking I would just run another wire from the coils lug to the correct pin and see if it works. The location says it's cj7-1 and the diagram shows it going to CJ 6-4. Sorry for the terrible pics but the scan sucks. Hope it makes sense.

Thank you metalkatt, I made a mistake in the posting, I'm working on the right sling and was looking for a shot or just what plug and pin # it goes to up at the board. They are showing me two different locations and I'm not sure which one is right as both are missing.

I'll have to look at my wires when I get home.

What color is your wire going to the right sling?

I think it is J8-7.... Its the only 18 gauge blue/orange wire on the connectors. The other blue/orange is 20 gauge. 18 gauge is what is coming off your right sling along with the red/white wire.

Make sure you do this update also.

How did you make it? Was it that wire?

Thanks again Metalkatt, It is the J8-7 pin. That is the blue/orange wire. btw the other wire from the coil is red/black not red/white . wonder if that's the problem. The coil fires if I ground the transistor metal tab but does not in test or play.

Could be.... Can you locate a red/white wire? Weird that it's red black.....culprit?
