Stern, 2014So, I've updated plenty of pins but have ran into something I'm not sure how to handle.
When I flip dipswitch 8 to "on" and either try to reset the pin using the reset button or power cycling the game with freeze up. I never get to the update screen on the dmd.
Any thoughts? (I am running one of the custom 1.56 codes)

Go back and upload the factory Stern code to see if it's an issue with the "other" code or the machine itself.

So if the machine is off, you turn it on, what exactly does it do? Gi lighting on? Translite light on? Dmd on and showing....? Any sort of attract lighting?

Are you sure you're changing switch 8 and not switch 1?
