Any more going on with these? My right ramp broke the other day too....

I want to try one more design. ( I am overly critical of myself). I am lucky to be very busy with completed designs for Star Wars, Mando and I just started on Rush. I want to tweak the left ramp entrance a hair more and I will come back to Tron when I get caught up. The overall costs of the ramps with shipping is going to be the most expensive mod I have done and I am hesitating because of that.

Dont sweat it, just cost of materials + 20%, plus labor, plus shipping...
Like you said; labor is your money maker to justify the build, If people want it, they will pony up...
How did you do the EL wire?
I have an LE, so right now, ripping it all apart would be insane

Good points and I just need to mentaly get there.
I am not using el wire. These are led outdoor light strips. They are very bright as the plastics are colored and bright white led lights are internal. They are about 1/2” tall and 1/4” wide. I make a channel below the wireforms that holds them in place. I am not sure how the owners of the fiber optic lights would be mounted as I do not have them. But, I could also just weld rings that they could be fed through from one end to the other. I would need info from someone that had them, just the outside diameter of the tube.
Any update on the wire form ramps? Would love to see these become available as an option instead of the plastic ramps.

I am not making them. Price was going to be north of $1200 without shipping. I sold the machine a few months ago as a result. Thanks for the interest, but they were very very hard to make. They went with the machine.

I would have paid $2k

It was over 27 feet of stainless rods. And since the ramps had inserts under them I could not cover them with stainless ramps like I did for guardians of the galaxy.(see pic). It was very time consuming hammer forming the ramp forks and adjusting the angles to the proper settings for the ball to go up them correctly. Stainless ramps connected to wireforms would be my solution, but you would lose the inserts. It works on guardians and looks great. On Tron it would be worth trying. I had tron twice. If I ever get another one I will try the stainless ramps as seen below..
