*pretty easy, ie: it'll take you several hours to take your time, take the ramps off, drill, tie-wrap, attach the fibers, route everything back through, and test.
I've done two of these installs now - it's not -hard-, but it IS time consuming.
The install thread on pinside is invaluable (w/videos and tips).
All that being said, this mod is absolutely worth every single minute of time you put into it - some of the switches are easier left on the PF (like the left ramp entrance gate - unscrew it and leave it where it is). Two-hole drill where the plastic is big on the ramps.
Get some shrink wrap to cover up the fibers under the PF - I'm a little surprised that hasn't made it into the shipping version of the kit -- you'll end up with alot of light bleed otherwise through the inserts.
