I get to disagree with Lloyd The Great? Uh oh...

Because he said it goes down at the end of game, it sounded electrical to me. Like the cab switch.

OP, when it happens, shut off the game. If the flipper goes down, it is electrical. If it stays up, it is mechanical (parts time).
