TRON: Legacy (Pro)
Stern, 2011I'm thinking about loaning out my Tron machine for the 2015 Fountain Square Classic, but it's in my basement and a PITA to haul in one piece.
Is it possible/practical to remove the backbox from the machine? I looked at it before it it seemed impossible.

I did it to mine since it's a requirement to get in to my game room... 
It is time consuming but definitely possible. Probably takes 30 mins if you've done it before. More like an hour if it's the first Stern you've ever done.
Only advice I can give, nearly every single plug needs to come off the boards in the head on a Tron. I don't think you can accidentally mismatch anything either...
Whitestar games are slightly easier to do. I've done this about 6-7 times.
