Dammit! you beat me to the post!
Much better! Pinball is missing the hot chicks of the old days......
It would be awesome to see the ladies backglass in 3d, in in fact might get me to buy a game. Nice to see some women back on pinball.
I think Tron has more friggin' variations than any other game ever produced.
Tron Pro OE (Original Edition)
Tron LE
Tron Pro CIOBE (Car Instead of Bike Edition)
Tron Pro 2D GCHE (Giant Clu Head Edition)
Tron Pro 2D HCE (Hot Chick Edition)
Did I miss any!?!? Probably some other variation of toys and Orange vs. Red DMD....
As a proud owner of the Tron Pro CIOBE, I would like to announce that those are the most rare and therefore command at least $10,000, but not until Christmas.

Oh wait, when did they start w/ the cab decals vs. printed cabs!??! That might make MORE editions or variations!!!!
Quoted from flashinstinct:I soooo want this machine.....
Great pin, I don't regret my purchase. I have a giant Clue edition but probably prefer this new version would buy one if reasonable price.
Quoted from Rarehero:Oh wait, when did they start w/ the cab decals vs. printed cabs!??! That might make MORE editions or variations!!!!
I own a CIOB with decals.
I like it. That would be the translite I would want. Still not buying a Tron though but, the translite defiantly adds appeal.
Quoted from Linolium:Where?
They'll eventually show up at the usual retailers. The Tron ones seem to be particularly expensive, though.
The best one yet. WOW! Nice job Stern. Hopefully they will be available for purchase. What do these things run normally? $300?
Pappy
Quoted from vid1900:The best part about Olivia Wilde is that she comes in both models, blonde and brunette.
I think the character is hotter than she is in real life. But then again short hair can really help on a lot of chicas.
that is an improvement translite for sure. Still doesn't make me want a game, but i'll take the translite please.
As a Tron a fan I like the 3d than 2d than the 2hot chicks version. As a man I only like the hot chick one, nice move stern.
What it should have been from the start! Finally, they realized that 90+% of buyers are guys. Nice translite.
Quoted from TheLaw:I think the character is hotter than she is in real life. But then again short hair can really help on a lot of chicas.
Really I think she looks amazing anytime but especially with longer hair.
I would buy that translite.
Also Quorra way hotter than Gem. Plus she survived and will be in the sequel.
Stern is certainly targetting a specfic demographic with this translite. Although I agree it is a smart marketing decision, I prefer the first 2D translite. Gem was a minor character and is out of place in the new translite. I would be like putting the young Edward Dillenger character next to the Sam Flynn character which I also agree would make a translite that poorly reflects the movie.
If I am able to procure a Tron with this translite, I will try to trade it with anyone that has the 2D translite from the first rerun. Anyone interested?
Quoted from PersonX99:If I am able to procure a Tron with this translite, I will try to trade it with anyone that has the 2D translite from the first rerun. Anyone interested?
I might be if I'm not able to purchase this one separately. My wife is demanding we get this one. For real.
Quoted from Rarehero:Oh wait, when did they start w/ the cab decals vs. printed cabs!??! That might make MORE editions or variations!!!!
And don't forget about the DMD. At some point they switched from plasma to LED.
frax. if that deal mentioned above falls thru I would gladly trade my October 2D translight for yours with two hot chicks!
when is someone going to make custom version of the nude Playboy Tron shoot? That's the one I want to hang up.
Quoted from CaptainNeo:when is someone going to make custom version of the nude Playboy Tron shoot?
I have begged and pleaded on the alternate translite thread over and over.
As a Tron fan, it's the third best one. It looks nice, but while Quorra plays a big role, it feels like it is missing all of the main characters...
Eh.
Random thought:
How awesome would it have been if they had done the original 2D translite Pinbot-style and had a flasher that lit up CLU's face inside the helmet?
There was also a run of 100 that had the 3D version with decal sides.

Also known as the "Lucky Son of a..." run.
