I use a plastic coat hanger cut into a few pcs, and heated up with a heat gun to shape it, then wrap it in micro fibre towel, and slide it into the orbit from the couple areas you can fit the coat hanger between. I also find taking the 6 GI lights off the back of the PF will give you some more room to get into the back orbit.

Cheap and easy.
