You are so flat out full of it! If you know of 4 that sold for 8-9K then you would own one now. You offered me 8500 for the one I was selling in the past month.

sounds pretty contrived.
To offset this shenanigans I will state that I know of 4 that have sold for 9-10k in the last month.
