Hi,

It can happen at any time when the ball is in play, last ball of a multiball for instance.

At one time the bats no longer react, as if the pin had detected a outhole. It then ejects a new ball to the shooter lane while the current ball goes loose on the playfield. If I am lucky, bats start working again as this ball is still on the playfield (provided it had not left the pf) and I can continue with this ball while the new one is waiting for launch.

My problem comes from the game which consider the ball in play has left the pf as it has not in reality.

Any can help me with this ?

thanks. I think I will replace them as this does not happen at every game, so it cannot re-play the problem.
