I was just reading his Feedback on Toolhaus. I too am wondering what the deal is with him. From the looks of his feedback he sells junk. I will tell you right now, He doesn't answer messages at all. I was looking to buy a decal set from him, but being that he won't answer questions on the product I won't be buying. Easy way to lose a customer. It's a shame too because he is the only seller that has what I need. You may want to put his seller name in your title so that people know who you are asking about right away.
