Xmen pro that has only 2 columns working for computer controlled lighting.
I believe a few of the P20NF06L transistors are bad because I think bulbs were changed to LEDs with the power on and something shorted.
I know it's on the driver board because it was swapped with another machine's and all worked again.

First, has anyone seen a similar issue and second, is there an alternate part number for the transistors? All I can find for exact match is on ebay and overseas.

That is a logic level N channel mosfet. rated 60v, 20amp

IRFZ34, 55v 29amp, is probably a good replacement if you cant find the exact part assuming it will turn on in the same manor your original part does (i think it should looking at data sheets) Your feature lamps, even if they are strobing higher voltage than average, is going to be lower than 55v.
