I recently acquired a Transformers pro pinball. I have 2 things that are bothersome about the game. I tried to search these things out on Pinside, but I did not find any solutions.

1. Sometimes the balls get hung up in Megatron, and the game takes a long time to find them to resume play. Are there any resolutions to this?

2. OMG the backglass glare on the table. I can't see anything on the upper playfield. I have disabled the backglass light completely. Any solutions on this? Maybe a dimmer light?

It doesn't seem to be mechanically stuck in Megatron. It seems more like a hiccup in the game where it doesn't realize the ball is in there.

I watched a random TF vid on Youtube and something similar happened to the guy playing. It happens at 4 minutes on the video.

My issue takes a longer time for the game to find the ball.
