The All-spark will reward it but very little. You still have to hit the right loop to get the extra ball.

At 1:40 I get an extra ball from the All-Spark.
In the LE version, if you hit the Starscream target during the Hurryup 3 times it will award an extra ball but you have to hit the right loop to get it.
