I decided to check the transformer from my Nineball and see if it works or not. It is in pretty rough shape as someone tore up the wrapping. It was wired for 115v but I have 120+v input so that may have played into the numbers I got. But I decided I will change it to 120v when I retire it if it worked. Here is what I got:
Terminals 8 & 10 = 193.3 volts AC
Terminals 2 & 6 = 54.6 volts AC
Terminals 17 & 18 = 7.71 volts AC
Terminals 13 & 14 = 8.85 volts AC
Terminals 15 & 16 = 13.85 volts AC
Do these voltages sound right with nothing connected to the transformer other than power?

I wasn't sure about Terminals 8 & 10 = 193.3 volts AC. I thought that measurement was supposed to be around 170 volts?

Any suggestions on repairing replacing the paper wrapping on this transformer? I figured someone has restored a transformer wrapper before, but I was unable to find anything on the net?
