Clay details ways to quiet buzzing lock relays on the pinrepair site. He also shows how to add higher resistance coils along with diodes to stop coils from burning on continuous relays.
Or you could just remove power to the lock coil, and bend the switches closed. Game will light upon turn on and you'll never hear lock coil buzz again.
