So this is probably a stupid question but it's worth a shot. I have a TMNT with a decent playfield except for one spot where a silver dollar sized chunk of he artwork is worn to the bare wood. I have another playfield that is rough, but that one spot is perfect. Is there anyway to transfer a layer from one playfield to another? I feel like I could remove the top layer carefully....maybe. Thanks!

Do I have to clear over a decal?

Thanks ForceFlow, that looks like the way to go. Would I need to fill the are with wood filler prior to level it out?

Does anyone print decals if I sent a scan of the area? I do not have a printer for this. I obviously will pay. If anyone already has a scan of the TMNT playfield, specifically around the sewer area, let me know.

So fill and paint it white?

Quoted from Aurich:

You'll never be able to print a decal that will remotely match that green. CMYK print just can't do it. So if you really want to do it right it's going to have to be airbrushed.

Ugh. perhaps this is why I don't see any scans of the playfield. Maybe the same goes for cabinet art. Reality is the game is all around not worth a crazy restoration, so maybe I should just slap some Mylar on it and call it a day?
