Quoted from Colehvac1:if the next title still has manufacturing issues its going to be hard for them to survive.
Fool me once, shame on, on you... Fool me twice- ya can’t get fooled again!
Should’ve at least used that huge screen covering the pf for the kaboom jump. Easy digital graphic to make the screen look like a ramp with a ring of fire.
Quoted from leonml:Deleted post
You’re not wrong. Others just don’t have eyes to see yet.
Quoted from Noma2017:I’ve never played a pin or video game that has driven me batty like some of the people on pinside claim with Wonka. Having that extreme reaction to sound is definitely not the norm.
How much time have you spent in a casino? The wonka and woz A/V is a dead ringer for the slot machines of the same IP.
Quoted from coasterguy:I think if JJP lowered the prices to $9500 and $12000
Most of this would not even be talked about. The game is pretty fun to play. Great to look at and family friendly. It seems this is all about the pricing.
9,500 and 11,000
Quoted from mtp78:I will just stick with CGC and Stern.

Had this idea tonight.
Plunger should’ve been used as a shooter like the Toy Story Mania ride at Disney to fling rings or darts or pies in a full screen shooting gallery mini game. Put a sensor on it to detect depth of plunge and repetition of shots to determine the distance and quantity of shots. Left right flipper buttons for general direction changes.
I have to admit the lockdown bar I felt on location seemed about as thick or sturdy as an aluminum pop can. Is that the same across all JJPs?
I think it’s too bad that the distributors are having to “sell” the benefits of this machine to the public on JJPs behalf. All of the hype and defense of TS4 should fall on JJP. Unfortunately the distributors have become the bag holders. JJP needs to adjust their MSRP and bail those out who are stuck trying to move inventory.
