Upon turning on, I’m asked to go to the diagnostics. The diagnostic test report says check matrix switch number 37. 9Left ramp diverted stuck closed.” this switch 37 in the schematics shows is the strange black device which is on the harbor trail crossover I’ve taken the glass off and played around with the switch, but nothing seems to change the switches status in the matrix switch test where it continues to say bad switch that is it colored block. Any thoughts on what I should do and what this switch even does.

After some fiddling we determined that it presses on a small black button that is the switch and it was stuck depressed
